It is with great pleasure to announce and to invite you to attend the 11^th International DIP Symposium on Diabetes, Hypertension, Metabolic Syndrome & Pregnancy: Innovative Approaches in Maternal Offspring Health.

The Symposium will take place May on 4-6, 2023 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The 11^th DIP Symposium will highlight the progress of pregnancy: from pre-pregnancy, trimester by trimester, to labor, delivery and post-partum care.

Focus will be placed on the prediction and prevention of pregnancy complications – hyperglycemia, hypertension – preeclampsia, preterm birth, NCD’s (Non-Communicable Diseases) and pregnancy, fetal growth and others, as well as the cycle of future NCD’s that begins during the intrauterine life – onto mother and offspring.

The DIP Symposium aims to bring to the forefront matters of invention and innovation in the fields of Maternal, Fetal, Neonatal and Digital Medicine. It will provide further updates and educational needs for healthcare providers in aspects related to their practice of maternal fetal medicine.

This 11^th installment of the DIP Symposium will include a Faculty comprised of renowned professionals and practitioners from all over the world – leaders in Maternal Fetal and Neonatal Medicine, Basic Science, Nutrition, Midwifery, Diabetes Nurse Educators, as well as Innovative TechnologiesFemTech, and many more. It will showcase presentations on the most updated clinical and laboratory revolutions, evidence based and from practical experience.

Since the 1^st meeting, the DIP Symposium has grown tremendously, dealing with over 80 years of knowledge, innovative research and the most up-to-date tools, techniques and integrative approaches. DIP is considered a leading symposium in the field of Maternal and Fetal medicine, presenting data and management protocols to ensure the optimal outcome of pregnancies complicated by diabetes, hypertension and metabolic syndrome.

Thessaloniki is a Greek port city on the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea. Founded around 315 BC, it grew into an important trade hub and to this day is still considered one of the most important trade and business hubs in Southeastern Europe. A city rich in history, Thessaloniki houses many museums dealing with many different historical eras.
